I was very disappointed in the phone ordering process, when I called the store they told me I couldn't place the order through... them but to re-dial to the order line and place the order through them. Well that was a disaster because the connection to theSwiss Chalet number was absolutely BRUTAL, I eventually hung up because you couldn't understand a word they were saying becauseagain, the connection was that bad. I drove to the restaurant to place my order. The food was good but I thought the on-lineordering had much to be desired. Read more

Haven't eaten here in about 3 years. Food was decent enough. Waitress was dismissive, argumentative and robotic. She practically... threw the dessert in front of my son and walked off. Did not ask what toppings he would like for the dessert. He got dry donutsand a piece of pink cotton candy in a bowl. I tipped but why do we tip for bad service. I will not be coming back ever!
