The restaurant was smaller than we thought and service could be friendlier, but food was pretty good.
Recommended by a friend. Nice cozy place. Good service and freshly made sushi. Try their mango crabmeat roll.
It was the first time we try it and we think it is quite good for the price, service and quality. It is all you can eat and they... have a very good selection of sushi, sashimi, tempura and much more. All the dishes were tasty and the service was good andfast. I would recommend this place if you are craving for Japanese food but don?t want to spend too much. We paid $89 includingtax for 2 adults and a 5 year old plus tips. It can be a little cleaner and brighter but that is personal preference. Read more
I visited Japan back in 2018 and tried some of their best Sushi?s. I would never thought I would find the same outstanding... flavour here in Canada. I would definitely recommend. Read more
As far as sushi places go, this one's nothing special. I went here because the ratings were the best in my area, but I'm not... impressed. The fish tasted very bland, the eel rice bowl came with a tiny amount of eel, and a lot of rice, and the all you caneat is pretty pricey. The only saving grace is how helpful and nice the staff were. The pictures below show some of what I got(aside from 6 sets of rolls, 1 hand roll, and a tray full of all kinds of sashimi). The fried scallops, ice cream and fried milkcake were pretty good though. I liked the food here but did not like the manual ordering system. ACYE is good option but it would be better to have tab... ordering system to look at the pictures and it just seems really flexible. Read more
Food was awesome. We had all u can eat sushi and everything was amazing. I like the friendly nature of people who are serving.... They were pretty fast at serving food. I?m not a kind of person who gives reviews, but this place was a 5-star worth place. Read more
We kind of just stumbled onto this place because the restaurant next door was closed. For something in Whitby, I would say it... met most expectations. Price $34 for dinner was fair considering the smaller than usual selection but the quality was very goodand there were still plenty of food options to choose from. The salmon belly was one of the best I ever had and sashimi wasextreme fresh. They also don't skimp on the handroll fillings. I would totally come back again. Read more
