This is the 4th time. THE 4TH TIME, I have tried to buy dinner here. I work late and need somewhere on my way home from work to... get food. They close at 11 supposedly and I arrive at around 10:35. The first time, the woman behind the counter straight uprefused to serve me because she has already packed up (apparently 11pm close means they stop taking business at 10:20), when Iasked for the info to speak with the manager or franchisee the next day, she also refused. Since then, I haven't had to dealwith rude service staff telling me they will not take my business BECAUSE they have already had their lights off and the doorlocked before I've even arrived. Why post a closing time if your staff take the liberty of closing down at their pleasure? Iwrite this review as I stand in the Tahinis across the parking lot (5 stars btw. Friendly, willing, helpful and delicious????) This location is a bust. The Garden St location is amazing, and will encourage anyone reading this to make a short driveto give your business to them instead. Read more

Went to grab some food at 10:30 pm only to find out the store door was locked despite the open sign on, and the Hours on the... door saying closes at 11 pm. Had to knock on the door to get the lady to open it and she said it was locked because they areclosing soon. If it was 5 minutes to closing I would understand. But this was a good 30 minutes. I guess she was lookingforward to closing her shift as soon as possible and didn?t want any customers interrupting her cleaning. She quickly rushed myorder as if I was causing her some delay. Would personally avoid this location Read more

Staff don?t listen to your order and put on what they think you said until you correct them. And when you do, they seem annoyed.... They flatten the sub buns when they cut them. It?s like pulling teeth to get them to put a decent amount of toppings on, puttingthe bare minimum. And even if you ask for more, they lightly sprinkle on whatever you?ve asked for more of. I?ve been to thisSubway a few times over the last few years, will not be going back to this location. When a sub costs $15 now, and either thecompany or the franchisee has their employees put in the bare minimum, it?s time to go somewhere else. Read more

This is one of the worst locations to go to. Ordered online from this location back in May 2022 and they messed up my order.... They forgot to put cheese and other items on my subs. I contacted the location after I got home and was offered a full refundor replacement subs. I opted for the full refund and it is now June and have now seen it. I went by the location last nightand explained the situation to the workers and they had no idea how to deal with the complaint. They made me wait for them tocall their manager and they got no response from the manager. So they expected me to wait for a response!!! Obviously, nobodythere has any idea of customer service or how to run a business. They have lost any future business from me. Read more

Bought 3 subs and paid by debit. Tip percentage comes up on the screen as an option, I had received very good service, so I put... in 18 percent only to find out that the staff don't get those tips. Can't believe a company that size doesn't give theemployees what is rightfully theirs. Disgusting!!! Read more

My 9 year old could get the negative vibe of the staff immediately and asked me... why the staff is so rude and like a fighter..no clients in the store but it seems that she was in a rush. Still we said pleaseand thank you and left the store. We won't back again to this location. She has to understand her attitude is more importantthan the quality of food. Read more
