Stood by the counter for five mins calling out for service. While employee just let doing dishes. Never did get my sub and just... left. I have lived for ten years near this location and it hasn't improved regardless of the complaints you put in. Read more

Never go to this subway, ever. Worst experience. Missed many ingredients that belonged on the sandwich. Did not follow any... simple instructions. When I opened the sandwich, every single ingredient was out of the sandwich. Looked like a dog chewed onit. Reached out to the store manager - showed no empathy at all and did not even bother to try and correct the situation.Instead, just told me to wait for a call from head office. When I asked for an ETA, she mentioned ?when ever they are free andget a chance?. This is why your ratings are so low. Read more

Watch your tap at paying! My total was $22.95 When I looked at my paying tap total I was completing an order of $29.95. That?s... $7.00 dollars more! the cashier who was very rude took my receipt in her hand and Explained to me that I musta press. % of a tipwhen tapping my card. I wasn?t going to leave before seeing a manager as the cashier was going to back telling me I?ve payed aTip. Not giving me my receipt and it was still in her hand!!! The person in charge of the shift supervisor come out, and Ididn?t want to pay for a Tip cuz the young female worker didn?t do ANYTHING to deserve my tip. Since I wouldn?t get my TIP moneyback!!!! I asked for cookies and got 2 cookies for the price of $7.00 dollars. Watch your MONEY!!! this SUBWAY store will ROByou in front of your EYES!!! Placed an order on the app for pick up and when I went to the restaurant it was closed. They charged my credit card. I called... the next day and was told I could only get a refund if I come there in person during the middle of a work week. They wouldn'trefund me through my credit card but gave cash the next day. I had to waste time, gas and money and they told me it wasn't therefault. Also, they served others ahead of me even though I was there ahead my those customers, and there response was its busy.There were only 3 customers in the place at the time including me. I had to argue to get cookies for all my troubles. I'llnever to go this Subway again. I ended up with no food, time and gas wasted, but did argue for my 2 cookies. Read more
