I used to visit this location at least weekly because it is close to my home. I ended up getting a bad sub from them, so I... called the store. The owner promised to replace the sub after sending her pictures. It took several visits for them to honor myreplacement, but eventually they did, so I kept going there. I always order meatball, and I would notice 1 or 2 hard overcookedmeatballs. One night I ordered 2 subs for my wife and I, and most of the meatballs were hard. The food went in the garbage, andit was expensive. I called the store and they said I probably came late. I let her know that I always visit around 6pm. They didnot offer a replacement. I work hard for my money, so I'll never eat here again. No other subway I visit has this problem. Read more
Have been there 3 times and consistent bad service. Makes you feel like your an inconvenience even though your the only one... there. Sloppy sandwich and although they forget to do things like make the sandwich correctly (their job) they blame you and arerude to you. Go to another location if you want to keep your appetite to eat your sandwich. 100% Garbage service! Read more
