Seriously poor service and quality. When I ask for green peppers I would expect more than one piece and the attitude when I... asked her to put more on. She literally put one more piece. I swear when I asked for green olives she just put her hand over thecontainer and didn't even grab any. To top it off, I get the sandwich home and the bread was rock hard. I've been there twice now. I don't think they speak English because the server waves at you and can't take instructions on the... order. Also when paying for the order, any other server didn't ask if I wanted any drinks or a combo with it. Which I did. Theyjust wanted your payment. I asked a question why the order girl didn't understand me and she walked away into the back ofestablishment. I was at location 4091 Thickson road in Whitby Ontario L1R 2X3. At the time of 1pm to1:30pm. Also there was noproper bread and only have one type. Which I understand in these times. But to have people that work in your business that can'tacknowledge your business is not a good thing at all... Read more

Celine is my hero. The amount of people in the service industry who receive tips just because of where they work is frustrating,... and with poor attitudes. Celine is a true professional. My family and I came in for a large order 9pm at night, there wasalready a long line and 2 uber orders in the queue. I thank her for her help, kindness and efficiency. I will continue to comeback to this subway location just because of Celine. I can only hope that ownership is equally appreciative. Read more

Went here today around 1:30 pm. One male and one female employee were working. While waiting for my turn, the female employee... (with glasses) emptied a garbage out and went to touch knife and restocked the food containers using the same gloves. She thentook payment from a customer and handled cash using the same gloves and then went back to the back kitchen using the samegloves. I told the male employee that I watched the whole thing and told him that I could have recorded on my phone. Told himthat it is disgusting and I will not be buying and be coming back from ever again to this location. Told him that she basicallycontaminated all the foods in the containers with her dirty gloves. Disgusting. This is only one instance that I watched. Ordered online. When I went to pick up, was told one item on the order was not available so they offered to switch with another.... I noticed the price difference as the one I ordered online was 12.98 and the replacement was 7.91 with taxes. She gave me 2cookies instead. Was ripped off of almost 3 dollars.
