On our way for a weekend trip to Toronto, I stopped by this Starbucks to get my usual order (Strawberry Açai with extra... strawberry inclusions, ?I have never received any concerns with this order?)The lady that took my order was very polite andunderstood that I wanted extra inclusions, This Starbucks would have been a 5 star if not for the rude disrespect from thebarista. Once I payed for my order 8$, I stood by the counter, the barista Tyra, came to verify my order, she wanted to verifyabout the extra inclusions, I then verified I wanted double. She then gave my drink with very little strawberry pieces, I ask ifI could get more, I normally get double they usually put in. Tyra was not impressed, rolled her eyes and then mumbled as sheturned her back to me ?We don?t give extra, pfft?, very rude attitude towards a customer wanting what they paid for. Starbucks is nothing, if not consistent. Same products, same experience (more or less), so I generally won't review the various... locations. I'm breaking that rule because the service I received at this location was exceptional! The genuinely friendlybaristas (we spoke with three of them during our trip through their drive-through) made the entire experience enjoyable, eventhough it was just a short one. Right from the strange and amusing reflections while placing our order, to the friendlyoff-topic banter at the window (cars, paint, and dogs) while waiting for our drinks to be made, and the puppuccino wasappreciated as well. The man working the window was quite nice but and was trying his best on what seemed like a training shift, however his... supervisor was quite rude. When trying to redeem a birthday coupon she showed no compassion and proceeded to yell at me whiletrying to redeem a company promotion. I was not given anything based on my in-app rewards and was treated by far the worst Iever have been at any Starbucks. This treatment was unacceptable. Read more

I went threw drive thru around 2:30pm on December 3rd and asked for a latte with a scoop of vanilla bean steamed in the milk. I... used to work at Starbucks and we were able to do it but I guess with the new machines they can no longer do it. That?s fine, butthe lady on drive thru was so rude. Instead of explaining it to me she ignored my question and told me she?s been working therefor a year and a half. I only learned it was because of the machine when I went to another Starbucks and asked them. I?m a veryreasonable person but she did not have to treat me that way. She could have just explained it instead of giving me attitude.It?s sad to see some locations are like this so if you have extra time you should go to the thicken and nichol location. Theyare so pleasant. I?m disappointed with the management here and won?t be back. I know I?m just one customer and Starbucks doesn?tcare but when I worked at Starbucks I always tried to be polite and nice to all the customers who came in - even the rude ones.I wasn?t even rude and I was treated that way - says a lot about the location. ???????
