By far the worst customer service experience ever! I ordered online to skip the line, when I got to the Starbucks there was a... huge line up so I understood that my order my take a couple extra minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I looked at the mobile orderslips and not one of them had my name on it. I asked the barista if my order was in the line up of tickets waiting to be madeand she replied with a very sassy attitude ?name on the order?? So I told the barista my name and she said another name andhanded me a drink that was not mine and told me to leave. I left without my actual drink or my food that I paid for. $20 downthe drain. I understand that places are busy during lunch time and everyone is trying to get the right people the correct orderbut there is no need to be rude to someone. This is usually my go-to spot for coffee. the service is on and off at this location. Sometimes the service is extremely quick,... and sometimes it feels like you are waiting at Canada's Wonderland. This employee named "Shaleel" (sorry If I misspelled) isextremely friendly and nice and always knows what his customers want. Read more
Horrible drive-thru. They can only fit two cars in line. One ordering and one waiting. All the other cars have to line up and... block parking or cars driving to other locations in the lot. Move the ordering booth further up, where it use to be. It doeshave a nice patio and nice staff. Read more
The coffee was a bit disappointing from my past experience- came out a lukewarm. Okay service. Didn?t receive any... recommendations when asked about what they offer in decaf and this was the first time I had to park and wait for my order... ofdecaf coffee...and there was one car behind me. I found it strange, as I?ve NEVER experienced that at Starbucks before. Usuallythe starbucks I?ve visited in Ajax are more friendly. Read more
This as a very good Starbucks , staff do their very best to be friendly. I enjoyed a very good coffee on their patio. Love the... unique quirkiness of this designed building. Located at Thickson South of Dundas. Read more
