Called the resteraunt to order a pick up. Was told they are not open to the public, and I had to get delivery. Ordered... delivery, driver delivered the wrong order. When I returned the wrong order, driver said it was the resteraunts mistake, I haveto call them Reteraunt said it was the driver who took the wrong order, my order was left behind. That they wouldn't deliverthe food OR allow me to come pick it up. They were happy to keep my money though. Hard Pass if you want to get food out ofthese people. Read more

Ordered from here today for the first time, read reviews before hand a bit worried to get it.. no idea why there?s been 1 star... reviews lately unless they just personally had a bad experience I chose to ignore them though.. got the pulled pork sandwich andPhilly cheese steak but instead with chicken and preferred toppings.. by far the best sandwich place I?ve had, the pork is sojuicy and flavourful (lots of people said the bread was soggy) it wasn?t ?soggy? but because pulled pork tends to let out a lotof heat it did moisten the bread a bit (in its packaging I ordered off Uber eats) I Ithink it makes the bread softer which Ilike lol, but it was amazing either way. Worst food ever asked for Buffalo chicken and it arrived cold, bun was stale, and no Buffalo sauce. Chicken was dry and barly... there. It was awful. The three cheese melt chicken is in the garbage. Onion Rings were good, however ice cold like the rest ofthe meal. Read more

I got the pulled pork bbq poutine, which was pretty good because the fries were well made, but the mac and cheese was REALLY... bad. The off-putting taste comes in your mouth as soon as you take the first bite. I'm not sure what made it so horrible but Ijust could not eat it. Had to throw that out, and it was not cheap! Additionally, their ketchup did not taste like ketchup, wasalso something weird about that taste. Disappointed! Read more

I ordered using Uber and requested a scheduled delivery. The order arrived on time but the food was not worth the time or money.... The poutine arrived cold - stone cold. The club wrap had a ton of lettuce, barely any chicken or bacon, and no tomatoes. Also,when I took the wrap out of the bag it was so poorly wrapped - the entire sandwich unfolded. The Diet Coke that completed thecombo was flat. This was my first and last time ordering from this Whitby location. When I called the restaurant the person whoanswered didn?t even greet my call professionally. It was simply, ?hello!? I thought I had misdialed. Wow worth the drive... so many options, sauces, topping and what made it excellent the generous portions!!!
