DO NOT EAT HERE! Terrible service. They hired a new girl so I was extremely patient, she didn?t know how to make an ?Ultimate... Club? so I said that?s fine, I?ll just do chicken breast if that?s easier. She then went on to make my sandwich and I took ithome and opened it to find out that it was roast beef, and barely any. I called the restaurant from my house and explained whathappened and asked if I could get a replacement, they said to come in the next day. I just left 2 minutes ago after the workercalled the owner and the owner told me that they won?t do anything about it, not even make a replacement or offer anything forthat matter. So I basically paid full price for a 12 inch sub that I didn?t receive. There?s a reason no one goes to thislocation. TRUST ME, DO NOT EAT HERE. They take no pride in their work. Read more
This is why Firehouse Subs are killing off other sub places.. Friendly but on a budget.. Extremely chinsy on toppings and main... ingredient. Got a foot long veggie and 3 cucumbers on it... Got a seafood sub and it's mostly bread.. Good service just cheaplymade subs.. Read more
Went in for a wrap. Asked for cucumber. She put one slice of cucumber on it. I couldn't see that on the wrap so I asked for... more. She proceeds to say there's already some on there. Fed up with how stingy this store has become with toppings. Wrap was$10 and small af. Not enough for an adult for sure. I won't be going back to this location. Now reading the other reviews andit seems I'm not alone in my complaints. Mr. Sub don't bother to respond, complaints from patrons obviously mean nothing to you. Read more
Terrible customer service. The owner was argumentative and rude when I mentioned that the bread wasn't fresh and toppings were... not fresh.i called the store to let them know. The owners wife said that she would take care of it when I returned. Went to the store on Dundas at the border of Oshawa and got one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. I also was served by a... wonderful woman there with high spirits. Came here to repeat my wonderful experience and I'm absolutely fuming. The femaleowner said nothing as she struggled to saw through my stale bread, carefully weighed out not nearly enough meat to cover mysandwich, and skimped on every other topping. The owners and staff are lovely and friendly and greet you right away when you arrive. Their subs and toppings are always fresh... and delicious and the service is quick. The location is clean and has lots of plaza parking and a convenient location whenrunning errands. Read more
I am Sarah Wallace. I purchased a Louisana Chicken Sub. It was horrible. They put no toppings on it, but she kept muttering... "chips pop cookie" over and over and over again. I observed the owner lurking in the backroom and he seemed to be angered thatI asked for toppings. I don't like this store as they are rude. Read more
Subs are good, no problem with amount of toppings or anything others are complaining about but I'm giving 1 star for just one... reason. The last two times I've gone here and asked for my sub toasted, they blatantly ignore my request and seemingly refuseto toast my sub when I ask. They even acknowledge me asking for it toasted, but go on not to do so.. one of the most bizarredisplays of customer service I've ever seen anywhere. If the toaster was temporarily down I surely would've gotten a "sorry sirthe machine is down right now" so I know 2 of these workers who are usually there during night hours are just flat out ignoringme, for some reason? Subs are still good non toasted so why escalate and confront, but truly strange behavior from thesepeople. This is easily 5 stars when the other, older workers are there (the woman and the man), and would even be 5 stars ifthese 2 people, particularly this one lady would just grant a request that a customer gives them.
