Unbelievably terrible experience.. went twice in the last 48 hours, first time was for flurries which they didn?t even put them... in the machine! All the toppings were just put on the top of the ice cream so the top bit was great but the bottom 3/4 of theflurry was just plain vanilla ice cream? might as well have given me the wooden spoon to go with my plain vanilla flurry? andtoday I went for breakfast for my family and they missed my daughters hash browns (which is the only thing she gets), mybreakfast burrito was just thrown together, the wrap wasn?t even in ??wrap?? form, just pieces of wrap with egg, sausage andcheese on top of it.. had to eat it with a fork lol and my husband?s pancakes were all broken and didn?t come with any syrup?quality control is nonexistent at this location so if you can avoid it I?d suggest going to any other location. If I could this location a zero I would.. I come to this location between 4:15 and 4:30 5 days a week. Everyday this location... gets worse. I order the same thing everyday and they can not get a coffee order right. 4 cream that?s it. I get it withsugar(I?m diabetic so that was wonderful) or with no cream at all. I choose McDonald?s as I find Tim?s coffee very bitter. Forthe past week I have had the most disgusting coffee ever. Full of coffee grinds, Super bitter. To the point where I have beenasking them for more cream trying to mask the bitterness. Today I finally had enough and asked what they have done like maybechanged there beans and if that?s the case I?m going to go else where for morning coffee. Nope turns out they have startedfilling my cup right from the brewer. Well that?s why it?s disgusting. So I order a peppermint mocha to be different thismorning along with my bitter disgusting coffee. You guessed it?. No peppermint in the drink so it?s just hot chocolate andcoffee. Took my daughter for milkshake on Tuesday. Our shakes were all liquid.. had to stick it my my freezer for almost 2 hours. When... spending $9 on two shakes. You would think they would be properly made. Next time maybe let the customer know that it's notthick. Shakes for us are an occasional treat.. let's just say we were not impressed.. Ordered delivery through UberEats and the restaurant made me wait over an hour for my order. This was ordered at 1:00AM, and... received my food at 2:30AM. This place has no structure to evenly accommodate Drive-Thru, Walk-in, and Delivery orders. I spoketo my driver about the issue and he stated that this is an ongoing problem with this location. He mentioned how drivers aredeclining orders from this specific location because of the extreme wait times. This problem does not damage me as much as itdoes the drivers. These people are on the clock, and time is money. It is unfair to make someone wait that long for a sandwichat the founding father of fast food. This location is placed almost sideways in the parking lot. There are pull thru spots available. With a weird exit for the drive... thru. The dining area is extremely well taken care of. There seems to be a dedicated cleaner which makes for an enjoyableexperience. The bathrooms were spotless and smell clean. This location is super busy with families and employees on break fromnear by stores. Expect to wait a while for your order. Read more
Most mcdonalds I've been to have struggle to complete my order in a reasonable amount of time but I order an ice cream cone and... it took almost 20 min at this location. I didn't think much of it after waiting 5 minutes, but then I saw the person who order 1drink in front of me waiting as well. He saw that others behind us were getting their meals. We look over and we see the workerclear the monitor with both of our orders and didn't say anything. She kept look at us and looking away without having thecourtesy to ask us what we are wait for. The other customer asked and then they made the order, the workers pretend that therewas no problem. I kept waiting, the worker kept eye contact and said nothing. I eventually asked and the worker laughed in myface. It took them 10 seconds to grab a cone and pull the lever down. The machine wasn't broken or needed to be cleaned. Whathappened to making the order and calling out the number? Isn't that why there is a receipt with huge number on it? It was noteven busy. Joke of a customer service. Read more
Honestly, I?ve been to many different McDonald?s locations and ordered from many locations, but this has to be the best location... I?ve ever ordered from. Twice I?ve made a mistake and forgot to add items to my order, and every time I called I?d get this verysweet guy who would add the items in for free. Most people would say it?s too late to add the items once the order is through,which is understandable but this guy has always went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I recommend orderingfrom this location. Read more
