My lacrosse team and they sat us down to dirty tables & gave us a restricted menu saying if we don't order off of it we gotta... leave. after being seated we sat there for half an hour without being served. not one waitress came to get drink orders. there were... about 10 waitresses and not one could take a drink order all of them just looking at the table after waiting half an hour justgot up and left. they honestly deserve zero stars. will not be returning to this boston pizza ever. First group of 5 in the door for the day. Ordered a Boston brute and waited for 1H 15mins. Asked the server, who was working her... tail off without help, and the manager and was told it will be right out. 5 mins later the manager scurried away and the poorwaitress had to inform me that they didn’t have any brutes left. The owner states on this listing to call before as hours may change. But diners beware the owners decision to serve customers... may be the one to change. We love Boston Pizza but the staff here were horrendously rude and management lost (the location isalso kinda the same). We called and asked if okay for our party of 8 to dine and were told yes by the gentleman on the phone ona Saturday night. We were delighted and the kids ready to experience their favourite restaurant with the fun colours and greatfood.. We arrived within 5 minutes with the waiters talking by the opposite reception pretending to ignore us. When we waivedthey finally extended courtesy to come say hello but were confused and said they could not serve a party our size and had to askthe owner. We advised we were told on the phone to come. This was ignored and after a 30 second stroll they returned sayingthey could not serve us as the restaurant was to close in 30 minutes. This location is not characteristic of the true heart ofthe Boston Pizza chain. Customers being told to come and being denied service was admittingly insulting and the kids heartswere broken as their once favourite night out destination had just served a verbal dish that was just bland, dispicible andcold. 6 of us went for dinner 3 adults 3 children. We ordered drinks the pop was flat, we placed our order for our food, to find out... 20 minutes later that they don't have what we ordered and management didn't even tell the wait Staff. Manager on duty wasterrible at his job and had no people skills. We had been here pre covid about 3 years ago and they were also out of stuff thenthought we would try it again. French onion soup was awful ended up cancelling our order and leaving. Will not ever return.Waitress was very kind and apologized over and over. Do not visit here for food. A Friday night at 6 pm and out of stuff. Thisrestaurant is only open on weekend so you would think they would have more products to serve people considering it's attached toa very busy arena. Never ever go here unless you want to wait forever for your food and end up leaving without it. They’re always over-staffed... but can’t handle even being mildly busy. If its not mildly busy it’s EMPTY during dinner time on a weekend. Staff is youngand bratty and full of excuses they’re ALWAYS on their phones , food takes forever, there is always something they don’thave. Just….save your time, go somewhere else.
