Love this location, good customer service. I come here often, but I placed an uber order and whoever made my burrito wrapped it... the wrong way so all the veggies and rice were at the top and all the meat at the bottom :( Read more
Horrible slow service. One of the employees did not know what she was doing at all ( the tall woman with glasses). We ordered a... head of time so it will be ready when we get there. They didn?t start making the order till we got there and asked if our foodwas ready. She didn?t know how to follow the simple order, she added items I did not order, was also super slow. We waited over20 minutes even though we ordered 20 minutes prior. My bowl was half empty by the time she finished and gave it to me.. barleyany rice in my bowl. Horrible! I go to bar burrito once a week but this was my first time at this location and will definitelybe my last! They need to step it up if they want people to come back. Read more
Terribly slow service. Only one staff working. I waited for 10 minutes while customer ahead of me was being served. I understand... the owner doesn't want to cut into their profit by putting more employees on shift but this was utterly ridiculous. On my lastfew visits, I've noticed that this place has started skimping on the toppings. They opened with a bang and now the service andquality is on a huge decline. The lid did not fit my burrito bowl container so she secured the lid with a rubber band!! Uponcashing out, I was short changed and let the employee know I was missing some money. Very sad to see this place go downhillbecause it was my go-to place for lunch once a week....I don't think I'll be back. If this location continues to operate likethis, it will not be in business for very long. Edit: Thanks for your copy-and-paste canned response but I contacted you at theemail provided and never heard back. Don't act like you care and want to fix this in front of others to make yourself look goodwhen you don't care about customer feedback. I will definitely not be recommending you to anyone. Read more

Great tacos but I'll definitely double think the signature hot sauce I like spicy food but it was a little too hot for my taste... kind of drowned it out the delicious flavor of the tacos but all in all great tacos Read more
