Absolute horrible workers there, chicken was not cooked properly and was rubbery, probably from it being old. got ill while... still dining and they only told me they could do a 10% discount IF i paid cash. Couldn?t do anything for for the poor quality ofthe food and made every excuse to dismiss the poor quality of the food. Told me that if I didn?t want to pay then to go to thehospitals and get a test for food poisoning. Paid $50 to eat 4 yam rolls and get sick. Never again. Read more
The food was good, but the price was over priced and service was poor. The food never came correctly. My 1st I order my crab... salad, my 2nd order I ordered garlic steak and my 3rd order was sweet and sour chicken balls. I got my sweet and sour chickenballs as my 1st meal, I barely got my garlic steak. I had to ask for it. And for my drinks again I had to ask for it a coupletimes before I got it. And it cost me me 51$. Taxes and tip included. They don't give you a choice for what amount of tip togive. They automatically charge 15% tip. I will not go back. Read more
Very expensive. Over priced. Food is adequate. Sushi is mid level. Green dragon roll and more "special" rolls are decent. 75... dollars for all you can eat (before tip) , two people at dinner... For that quality, not again. A'la carte menu is betterpriced, but there is pressure to get the all you can eat by staff (or presumption)? Obviously there is a hell of a higher markupon that. I ordered here through uber eats. I wasn't a big fan of the service as the woman working was not very pleasant. No hellos,... pleases or thank yous here. I didn't know what my uber eats order number was and for some reason I was denied the basic expectedcourtesy you'd get at any other place of business. My order was literally the only one sitting on the counter. The food wasdecent, nothing to write home about but was decent. I wouldn't recommend this place as it's your run of the mill sushi joint andwith below par service; Go spend your hard earned money somewhere else where they at least say hello. Read more
I have ordered from Asia express numerous times since the pandemic, to the extent that Uber eats has identified me as a most... loyal customer. Last night i ordered for my family. The order was missing items, and a hair was found in the food. When Icontacted the restaurant they laid blame on the Uber driver. Our doorbell video shows him delivering a full bag, no room forfurther items. The restaurant took no effort to rectify the problem. We will no longer do business with Asia express. Read more
