2nd visit: ordered Mushroom Mozza Burgers in all 3 sizes and they were fresh and fantastic! Again the service was fabulous, ... food brought out to our table. They were out of Onion Rings so we ordered poutine, sweet potato fries and regular fries.Everything was really good. 1st visit: Great new(er) location. Ordered Teen burger combos with onion rings for 4, customizedto each of our preferences. All items came out fresh and hot. The staff brought our food to the table to our surprise anddelight. Food was good. I had to wait about 5 minutes to get my food even though I ordered right after the person in front of me. They... filled 3 uber orders before mine. I would think that an in person would have priority especially since they seemed pretty emptyinside. My 1 order could have been filled while they were doing the uber orders. Once I got my food I said that I was stillwaiting for my drink. They could of given me first while I was waiting for my food. Read more
Ordered the beyond meat with the sweet potato fries mobile coupon add on. Fries were still raw and uncooked. Otherwise staff was... very friendly and helpful. Burger seemed a bit dryer then normal, but overall great food and experience. I hope this is a oneoff experience. Read more
Ordered an Uncle Burger, the burger had 1/4 " of mayonnaise on it. I couldn't hold onto it, kept slipping out of my hands, the... bun was really wet and soggy. I don't know what the problem was but I won't be back. My friend also ordered a Mama burger, theorder was wrong. More training required at this store. We usually enjoy your burgers not today. The food was delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was clean. And best of all, there was a handwashing... station! We will be back! Especially for the frosted mug of root beer! Read more

The onion rings were inedible. They looked disgusting and were way over salted. I had 3 orders. My wife, my grandson and myself... couldn't eat them. Like the other review said, there is a couple of kids running this place. I emailed head office because Iwanted them to look into this and I threw out 15 bucks worth of food. They emailed me and said I could enjoy a free teen burgercombo on them if I go back to the store with the email and identification. I emailed back and said first of all it won't be freebecause I am out 15 bucks and I ain't going to the store with the email and my identification. I said i would like them to sendme a gift card or coupons to cover my lost. They basically said we don't do that and couldn't help me anymore. This happened acouple of months ago and I haven't went back since despite liking a&w hamburgers. Customer service don't exist anymore. Read more
Service is good! But- the place is filthy! The floor is sticky and black . You can see and feel thickened oil ! The ambiance is... so dirty for a place to eat. The place needs serious, deep cleaning! Read more
