Went one day and got a footlong double meat a pop and cookies for $20 went back the next day got the exact same order but NO... cookies this time and it was all of a sudden $25.... the sane person took me order each day so idk where the extra $5 came fromespecially since I ordered less items. Also it took me 20 minutes to finally be able to order my food when there was only 4people a head of me whole were already in the middle of their orders when I arrived. Read more
Unfortunately unsmiling employees who barely speak English and just keep pointing at things as you try to order
Says open at 10, stood in front of the store for 10 mins after 10, the guy inside just pretend not seeing me
Nothing commendable, got whatever I needed without any issues. Wouldn?t mind grabbing a quick sub again from this branch.
Very rude employee. If you are owner reading this then he was working closing shift on sept 7 2021. I called him i am 5 min away... can you please wait for me. It was 7.53 PM when i called. He blatantly refused to stay even though I told him i have kids whoare hungry. Merciless. He rudely said I will leave. It was very disappointing experience in such a beautiful country. Read more
Honestly the worst subway. Asked 4 times for more olives and each time they counted out 3 olives. Employee had a hand full and I... outright asked for them all to go on, nope wouldn't do it. Same story for pickles and banana peppers. Asked for mustard, gotsweet onion sauce. It's subway so it's still good, but come on that's just pathetic. Read more
One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. When I came in I was the only customer there, and it took 20 minutes for... me to get my order. When I first got inside the gentleman behind the counter looked up, looked back for his co-worker, lookeddown at the bread he had started cutting for himself, then back up at me and said "someone else will come help you." He thenproceeded to make himself a meal, then take it to the back to eat. Someone else then ran out frantically saying that they neededto cut vegetables. Fair enough, I've worked food service before, sometimes stuff happens and you're under stocked beyond yourcontrol. When they did return, they made a second employee meal for a third gentleman inside, while also making mine. There weretimes they stopped making mine (again, the only paying customer in the building), to make the free meal of anotherperson. Having to wait 20 minutes for vegetables to be cut is fair enough, but it becomes a little insulting to watch themignore me to make food for themselves twice. I don?t usually write reviews for chains but I had to after I received the best service I?ve had in a subway thus far. It was... just refreshing to see the staff work as efficiently as you?d expect, but also notice when things were quieter to take the timein cutting, prepping and warming the meats with a lovely manner and just going above and beyond in general. I hope I spell hisname correctly, but Prabt was outstanding. Read more
