Overall, I think it's a good experience to try even though it's a bit pricy (my plate in the picture ended up being almost $30... before taxes). There's a variety of veggie, fish and meat options on a clearly labeled menu (and carts) to choose from and itall seemed well prepared and fresh. You pay for the ingredients you choose by weight. I would suggest to the restaurant to stopcharging for the sauce's weight, it might discourage customers from putting on more sauce which then affects the taste of thedish. The best part is when the chefs cook up the food right in front of you, and some of them are quite talented at spatulaflipping and juggling tricks. The chefs, server and hostess were all very friendly and attentive. The food itself wasn't thebest I've had, I guess I was hoping for stronger flavours and textures coming from Asian style cuisine. I would also suggest tothe restaurant to offer chopsticks if your menu is made up of stir fries/noodles/rice. The experience and showmanship is worthit as long as you're not expecting authentic Asian food. Read more

Great meal! Loveeee that it?s so customizable and interactive. The guy grilling was super easy to talk to and our server was... helpful in giving us directions. And they have all the dietary labels like vegan and gluten free on the items which is so niceto see! They do weigh the meals so one of our meals was much more expensive than the other! Overall recommend! Read more

What a great place to eat, an eating experience in fact. You get your table, order your drinks and then fill your bowl ready for... the chefs to cook on their hotplate right in front of your eyes. I'd recommend putting a cherry tomato in your bowl even ifyou're not fussed about eating it and just watch the chefs juggling with it. So much fresh vegetables, meat and noodles tocreate your own tasty dish with. Sounds complicated but they guide you through it with ease. We were also pleasantly surprisedat the overall price too which included a jug of cocktails. Read more

Located at the center of the village, you pick your own ingredients to be grilled. They offer a large selection of... vegetables, noodles, proteins (chicken, beef, pork, sea food) and sauces. Sticky rice is free so you can choose to skip the noodles.I went with the "sea to sky" sauce (concaction of other sauces) and it was very good (spicy!). Prices are pretty high butquality matches. As someone who can't eat flour or sugar I was pleased to be able to make my own meal. The chefs cooked it and even threw in some... entertainment by juggling the spatulas! Very tasty, good atmosphere. Will return. Read more

Not to be confused with The Mongolian Grill, this place is much better. The food options are fresh, the combinations are... limitless, and our server, Acacia, was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The "choose your own ingredients" method is notsomething I was too familiar with, but it is a great ice-breaker and makes for an interesting evening. Our entire table enjoyedthe experience. Highly recommend! Read more

This place is in the heart of whistler village. After your meal, you could check out the movie in the cinema below. We were... served right away as we walked in. The COVID vaccination check was easy and fast. We were given two small bowls to put food in.Later we discover that we could request for big bowls too. Food is weighted at the end of the line, and then given to the chefto stir fry on a big round iron table. ???? We waited by the cooking area until our food is ready. The chef was trying to makeit fun for us to watch him cook, so he flew the tomato and the pineapple into the air. At the end before he gave me the foodback, he created a cute display for me. It made me quite happy and had a good appetite. The server were quite nice. She did notcome to ask us for too many questions, but just once or twice to make sure we are OK. We ordered sake to par with the food. Itwas a good choice. Tips: the only down side is that if you chose meat without much fat to cook with vegetables, and other meatwith fat, the meat could be overcooked when the vegetable is just right. So choose what to cook with what in order to avoidovercook. Read more
