We are on the road back to St. Louis and were in dire need of coffee so we plugged in Starbucks to Google maps and this place... was the closest to come up. Be advised that it is inside a Kroger grocery store to begin with, and the bathrooms are about aquarter mile walk from the Starbucks. My wife ordered a venti coffee with cream and a venti latte. When she brought them to thecar she handed them to me and said, I'm not sure which is which. I took a sip of the first one and I couldn't tell what it was -it tasted like warm dishwater, then I tasted the next and it didn't taste like anything. They both looked the same when openedup - neither had foam on them or a label denoting what they were. Needless to say, they both sucked and we were in the parkinglot of a grocery store. Our options weren't good so we just left. We'll find another place on down the road. Someone pleasetrain the barista at this store! Read more
Denise *I hope that is her name* Makes the most amazing drinks! She's always so friendly and my order is always perfect plus... extra. The store itself is frequently understaffed. So leave yourself time just incase. They manage the best the can with whatthey are provided. Read more
One of the older ladies that was working made me feel uncomfortable. She kept her eyes on me almost the entire time I was there.... I'm not sure why. I was looking at the items on display and I picked up a colorful box and she said that's just a displayextremely rudely to the point that it startled me. I doubt I go back. Might I add that I'm in a wheelchair and hooked to oxygen. Not sure sure if she thought I was trying to steal something and wheel off with it or what but I doubt I go back there. Thewhole experience was just weird. Read more

I have debated whether to write this review as I have had several pleasant experiences at this location. The staff has always... been friendly and efficient, and the drinks are always well made. That being said, I cannot believe the rudeness that Iwitnessed while getting coffee this morning. There were two employees: one taking orders and one making the drinks. Theemployee taking orders was rude, first off, and acted like it was a bother to be there. Then, while waiting for my drink, shewas openly ripping on other customers to the employee making the drinks. She openly made rude remarks about several of us WHILEWE WERE STANDING THERE and then laughed! I could not believe it. Props to the second employee for not engaging in the insults. I understand that working with the public/customer service can leave a lot to be desired; however, this type of behavior is notacceptable IMO. Read more
Probably the worst Starbucks you could go to in the area, or any area for that matter. I should preface by saying that the... younger worker with red hair is amazing. She is a diligent and dedicated worker who is kind to everyone she is making drinksfor, even when there is a rush. The same cannot be said for the older, bleached blonde woman who appears to be the manager. Sheis so unfriendly and rude and unprofessional at times, often belittling her employees and "bad-mouthing" the ones who don'tshow. Dear employees of hers, I feel your pain and I don't even work for her! Looking into her eyes is like looking into theeyes of the Crypt Keeper, they bare a striking resemblance to each other and they give off the same effect of doom and death.Coffee drinkers beware, literally just go anywhere else but here. Twice, I ordered a medium cup of coffee, and received lukewarm on both occasions. How hard is it to get a hot coffee in a coffee... shop? Staff is about as warm. Read more
