If I could post a picture, I would. There was a fly baked into the calzone I ordered, and when I called they said I had 2... options. 1- wait another hour for replacement, 2- they'll have it in their notes and I will receive a free calzone when Iorder the next time. I love the calzones, which made me give them a 2 star, however waiting another hour for a calzone isoutrageous. 2 star is more than fair. Read more
Used to be one of my favorite pizza places. Now, the wait is often over an hour. The quality has gone down. The crust is... often brown or even burnt. They have become more and more stingy with toppings. The prices are not cheap so there is no excusefor the downgrade in quality. We are not going back for a while. I hope they get their act together. As someone who has ordered from here several times and worked here, I can tell you that this place doesn?t even deserve a one... star rating. The manager creates a toxic environment by always yelling, the other manager doesn?t even want to be there so hewill try to do anything but his job, and there are several health code violations. People don?t wash their hands, there wascheese that was picked up off the floor and used, and several others. Inappropriate conversations and music being played all thetime. Can't even update the website. Even though they were closed, it let me order food. Was sitting here waiting an hour and a half... for my order and when i call the machine says they close on Tuesdays. Read more
