Good food, order taker was doing both inside and drive thru, and I got my sauces!!!!
All I can say is wow! Employees families are in dining area with their babies screaming, blankets on tables with babies laying... on tables. Homeless woman rummaging through garbage cans and crack heads in bathrooms doing their thing. Sad situation. Read more
Only go to this BK if you want order screwed up everytime. My last 4 orders , which were all mobile orders, were all wrong or... missing items. It's on a computer in front of you what to make!!! If you're going to get BK, do it in St.C Read more
Everyone talked the whole time over orders and everything. I ordered a spicy chking, mozzarella sticks, and a southwest... sandwich. Paid for it. They missed the mozzarella sticks. Oh well, no big deal. Picked up the food. The bag had the southwestand a regular cheeseburger. I went up to replace the cheeseburger with my spicy chking. They ignored me for a min or 2. Thenthey gave me a regular one just covered in a Gross amount of mayo. I said something again and they yelled at the cook to stoptalking and handed me yet another regular chking with a literal drop of the spicy sauce on it and that's it. Read more
Ignore this as a rating. My phone thinks I'm my twin saying I'm popular... Can this site, link, app not tell when you're not... this person? You know what I've had good times at BK and bad times at BK this place has made me to go the restroom real bad attimes yes embarrassing but honesty is key. Last time I went a nice older guy took my order. P. S people who work there maybe notslam your finger into the buttons maybe that'll will help make the screen last longer and those who own BK maybe replace screensafter five to ten years so this won't happen. Food was good but the girl that took my order kept ignoring me. I had a question about the menu so I said excuse me while we... were waiting for someone to bring her a roll of quarters to give me the correct change and she said wait a minute while we stoodthere quietly until the change came them she give me change and walked away real quick then I needed ketchup and she would lookat me then act like she doing something. Its ok but I don't like the fact that they don't have grilled chicken. I do like their junior whopper with cheese.
