Bunch of kids who don't care and are too dumb to read an order. Ordered through the app. Didn't give me my drink and now I have... to back to that location to get a credit for a large drink. Can't just refund my card or credit me through the app. Typical. Read more
This is for the McDonald's on Lake-Cook Rd. In Wheeling. Not the one on Dundee. This place was very friendly but very dirty and... sticky. I could tell that one of the managers knew I was upset and taking pictures. The garbage was over over flowing, therewas a dirty rag on the front counter.I was really disappointed because it seems that this Mcdonalds has really gone down hill.Someone please give them a clue on how to clean up. Today I went to buy breakfast and order the number 9#. When I got home I could tell there was an off smell coming from the... sandwich so I checked it and smell as if the meat was rotten. This is unexceptionable, how can you serve your costumers rottenmeat!!!
