I placed an order for delivery over the phone, paying with my credit card at 11:45 AM. I chose the Dundee Rd., Wheeling... location because it is less than 2 miles from my place of business. I did not have my lunch at 12:30 so I called again. I wastold that the order had just gone out with the delivery person and that I should be receiving it any minute. An hour later still no delivery so I called again. This time a different person told me that they did not even deliver to my address and afterasking around, I was told that no one from that location had even taken my order. I insisted that I had indeed placed my orderwith this location and had also given out my credit card number. When I pressed the person on the phone about what happened tomy credit card number he asked around again, and this time I was told that my credit card transaction had been voided. I askedto speak to a manager and was told that the only manager available did not speak English. I wish I had read the reviews forthis place before I ever placed my order. Live and learn! Read more
