When I went to the mall, I they were handing out samples of the chicken California sub and I really liked it so I decided to... order it. The lady asked me what toppings I wanted and I told her I wanted it like the sample. What I meant by this was that Iwanted the same toppings that were in the sample. She gave me a weird look and started cutting it the way they cut the samples.Initially, I was annoyed by this because I thought it was obvious what I meant by ?I want it like the sample?. But after eatingit cut up like that, I actually enjoyed it. It?s a lot less messy because you just pop one square into your mouth at a time.Anyways, the sub was very good and I highly recommend it. Um. Pretty decent. It's kind of like subway but with a different kind of sandwich. The drinks are really good though. Staff is... mostly friendly but there was this one lady who just tossed my toppings into my box, not even paying attention to if they got onmy sandwich or not. Read more

I was so thrilled to eat this. I order my meal and they prepared it. They hand me my food and it has no fries. I said excuse me?... I ordered the meal. She replies with ?2.00 for fries?. I was not going to pay 2 extra dollars for a mistake that you did.Eventually my girlfriend goes to order me the fries and they charged her for a meal when all she asked for was fries???? Terrible service. Fries were burned and the portion was too small so I took them right back and asked for new fries that were... cooked right. They refused. Very unamerican staff and unamerican values. Used to eat there all the time. They have lost mybusiness. Hate to say it but most of these foreigners that work at places around DC Metro area are very petty and they tend totreat people like we are trying to get one over on them.
