Although i enjoy Auntie Anne's, this location was highly unprofessional. By me being culinary professional the operation was... doing everything wrong, from the no frequent change of gloves, handling money While dealing with food. Poor customer serviceskills, wiping grease on apron while wearing gloves, touching the pretzels with dirty gloves, OSHA needs to raid this place itsdisgusting. Preztels were good but drinks were concerning...didn?t know till the ice melted but our cups had nasty black stuff at the... bottom. Who knows how much of it we drank.. Read more
I like their salted pretzels; they're buttery and soft. It's best to get them when they're fresh.
Anytime I need a quick dessert to pick up, I would always choose Auntie Anne's.
The taste & freshness has gone downhill at this location. My son loves this place & we have to visit this location everytime we... come to this mall. And everytime I have to ask for better cinnamon pretzel bites. They are always cold & stale. If it wasn'tfor my son, I wouldn't buy anything from this place. Just being honest people. Read more

They hung up on me when I called. Man said he "wasn't the working manager" so he didn't know the minimum age to to work there.
That lady Anna that works the cashier is extremely rude.
