I'd actually say 4.5 stars. Many of the craft beer selections were WAY over priced. Wife and I had dinner here at 6 pm on a... Saturday. We had a 6 pm reservation, arrived early, and still were seated promptly. Big beer selection. For dinner I chose oneof the specials, the sautéed Lake Superior Whitefish. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked, served with a pasta and vegetablemixture that had just enough seasoning and red pepper flakes for heat. The plus here is that there were two rather largefillets, enough for another meal at home! My wife had the Burgatory burger, which was good, and again, large enough to bringhalf of it home. The fries were not very good, somewhat over cooked. It's always been my experience that when potatoes are cutfresh for fries, the wrong kind of potato results in overcooking and sogginess. Drinks were nothing special, I had a bottle ofEdmund Fitzgerald, a favorite of mine, the lady, a rum and coke as there was a special on drinks. I would still definitelyrecommend, but substitute something else for fries. Read more

I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was not busy. The staff was very friendly. This is the type of place you go to sit and enjoy... your food. There was alot of outside seating, which is great when the weather is nice. I had the schnitzel sandwhich. It wasreally good. The red cabage sauerkraut had a nice crunch to it. The red apple slices on it provided a surprising sweetness thatbalanced out the flavors. The fries were the thin cut ones and were really tasty. I really enjoyed the overall flavorcombinations. Good food with healthier choices. I really liked that for an Ale House. Really enjoyed my Salmon with Riced Cauliflower.j

Service was a bit slow so we moved to the bar. Great service at the bar. Highly recommend the Chicken Keto Bowl. So full of... flavor. My husband had the Garlic Shrimp Tacos. He didn't think there was any garlic and to be honest the Shrimp looked like itwas out of can. We definitely won't be ordering those again. We ordered the Italian Beef Eggrolls. They were just ok. We'vedefinitely had better. I would definitely be back for the CKB. Read more

Chose Warrens Ale House for Mother’s Day brunch before heading to the arboretum because they took reservations. Our party of 8... was sat right away. Service was a little slow, but expected with the crowds today. Server was very friendly. They struggledwith temps of our food, but otherwise things were pretty tasty. Pretzel and cheese curds were good, Brie was underwhelming. TheChilaquiles were excellent. The Broke Yoke was ok - but the pork belly tasted like dry chicken. The potatoes that accompaniedit were cold. The shrimp Benedict didn’t have any hollandaise sauce, just egg yolks. The French toast came with very coldsausage, which the server was quick to replace. Maybe lunch choices would have been better than brunch. Read more
