First time at this location. Did drive thru. Apple Crisp Macchiato Coffee was good. Cinnamon Coffee Cake not what I expected.... Cashier made an error and told me my order was on them. She maintained a level pleasant tone with a smile the whole time. Shevolunteered the info of her error. Great customer service. Thank you. I'll go back again. I just walked there with my one-month-old baby in a baby carrier after placing a mobile order for in-store pick up to find out... that they?ve randomly closed in-store. I try calling and knocking but, though they see me, no one comes out to try to help oranswers the phone. So I had to walk home with a fussing newborn while calling customer service to get my order refunded. If youplan to go in-store, I?d avoid this location. Read more
