I tried the Apple Crisp Sundae. It's a great idea but wasn't to my liking because the pie at the bottom was soggy and mushy. I... like pie at home so I can eat it when it's at it's best. The quart of Carmel ice cream I bought for the children at homr was ahit and the Vanilla for the one child that was with me was a hit. I miss the lemon blueberry that they had as a summer treat. On Labor Day around 3-3:30 I entered the store absolutely no one around to take my order. A girl and boy came from the back... looking really suspect they didn?t greet me or anything. I felt as if I was bothering them they seemed really annoyed I came in.I definitely will not be returning worst customer service ever. The 1 star is because the ice was good. DO BETTER!!! Read more

Bought 3 shakes. One kid preparing one of the shakes was more interested in talking to friends who weren?t ordering anything.... Got the shakes and they all had a greater milk to ice cream ratio?it was liquid. Not thick at all and had no taste. I?ve Hadthicker shakes at McDonalds where I?m not paying a premium for Oberweis ice cream. Should have gone back and talked to amanager. Need better quality control. Read more

My family and I have always loved this Oberweis, the staff is always delightful and kind. About a week or two ago my sister and... I went to this Oberweis to order our usual shake, but after conversing with the teenage girl with ginger hair, we ended upgetting the cookie dough peanut butter.
