I tried to grab some lunch at 3:51 today and they were closed. The employees were all in there but the door was locked. Online... it says they were open until 8. This is not the first time that this has happened either. On top of this when I have been tothis location in the past it was very unprofessional customer service and the sandwich was pretty pathetic. Also extremely slowdelivery. In other words not ?freaky fast? or ?freaky good.? I think Jimmy John?s is going downhill?..sad. Well, I guess I willgo and see if Jersey Mikes or Potbelly?s are open. The delivery is trash. I can get a pizza delivered faster. It?s an hour plus during lunch for delivery and don?t expect the... order to ever be correct. Read more

The Vito is great, but my sandwich was a mess. I ordered it on wheat and the bread was falling apart and did not taste fresh.... The excess oil and vinegar just accelerated the disintegration of the sandwich as the bread became wet, soggy, and mushy. Adefinite miss. Read more

The staff here are super nice and helpful. When we order for pick up, our food is always neatly packaged and tasty. If I forgot... to order something for pick up, they're always quick to ring me up and make whatever I forgot. I don't think I've been in thestore for longer than 5 minutes since the pandemic started, even if someone else is waiting - they're that fast!!! 100% will beback!! Read more
I've almost never had a bad review to write so I'm going to get right to the point. I called this place up and ordered a tuna... sandwich, chips and drink. Apparently the guy had to turn around because he forgot my drink and upon opening the sandwich findthat there's barely enough tuna in there to fill a toddler. I waited for over a half an hour for a poorly made sandwich.Wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't that they were only 1.8 miles down the road.Seems to me that a little time management trainingand food etiquette would be of some use to those now employed there. Close this location already. Terrible service, can't call to make an order, they run out of bread. So not freaky fast, nothing... but an imposter. And you still owe me $20 for the last time you couldn't complete my order because you RAN OUT OF BREAD at noonon a Saturday, and you won't answer the phone for me to tell you that! Read more
