I tried to grab some lunch at 3:51 today and they were closed. The employees were all in there but the door was locked. Online... it says they were open until 8. This is not the first time that this has happened either. On top of this when I have been tothis location in the past it was very unprofessional customer service and the sandwich was pretty pathetic. Also extremely slowdelivery. In other words not ?freaky fast? or ?freaky good.? I think Jimmy John?s is going downhill?..sad. Well, I guess I willgo and see if Jersey Mikes or Potbelly?s are open. The Vito is great, but my sandwich was a mess. I ordered it on wheat and the bread was falling apart and did not taste fresh.... The excess oil and vinegar just accelerated the disintegration of the sandwich as the bread became wet, soggy, and mushy. Adefinite miss. Read more
