Poor first impression with this location. I walk in and I?m the only customer, one of the employees is laying against the... counter on the customer side gabbing about their personal life, the rest of the employees are standing around, no oneacknowledges me. Even the cashier who was facing me and made eye contact. They waited for the other employee to finish theirstory. It was rude, awkward and unprofessional. Frenchie bread was as hard as a rock. Probably day old bread. Shockingly no one offered to rectify the problem when I... returned to the store. Outstanding customer service. Very clean and pleasant location. The management did in fact make a mistake on our order for my... wife's company but was genuine enough to give us 8 free sandwiches and expressed is concerns and apologies. I'm a big fan ofJimmy Johns' in general but the class act on behalf of the management at this location has be driving 15 minutes out of my wayjust for the service. Sandwiches are always outstanding and fresh. A little hint you can buy day old bread for pretty cheap ifyou want to take some home and try the UNWICH for the low carb option! Read more
