The ONLY reason I've gone to this Dunkin location is because it seemed to be the cleanest one near me. For awhile I was... wondering whether or not this location was a new version of an Ed Debevic's restaurant but then I realized, no, they areliterally out of their way rude every single time I come here. I feel like I'm inconveniencing them. Please stop treating yourcustomers so poorly. A good attitude and smile can go a long way. Read more

Rude employees! I had a problem with my drive through order this morning, so I went back inside. I had a question and wanted to... exchange a bad drink. The women inside seemed annoyed to even talk to me even though I was kind and polite and there was no oneelse inside, so it's not like I was holding any other customers up. Both women didn't seem to want to take the time tounderstand the problem with the drink, then they kept shaking their head and muttering under their breath. This was not a hardexchange, didn't take much time and was not unreasonable. I have worked a similar job myself so I know what this job is like. Iftheir goal is to make the customer feel bad and feel like a burden, well they have achieved that! I cannot believe they act likethis and have any business at all. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they did make an exchange,and also the woman who helped me in the drive through the first time was very kind. But the other employees inside need toseriously learn from the drive through employee, and brush up their customer service skills. Be kind! Read more

Surprised at some of the poor reviews. I've been to many Dunkin's but I like this one the best. The coffee and donuts are always... good,they seem A little cheaper than the other Dunkin's. Also their drive thru gets busy sometimes,but they get the cars throughfairly quickly. Read more

I went with my sister who had placed a mobile order ahead and I ordered a chocolate long John and bagel at the drive thru. We... waited in line for about 10 min when there was 4 cars in front of us. Once we got to the window to pay they made us pull into aspot when there was only 1 car behind us. We waited again for 15 min until I went inside. Again it wasn?t very busy. I asked ifour orders were ready and the girl frantically made my sisters coffee which took 10 sec lol and the other girl gave me my bag offood. We left and I realized my donut was missing. I went back in and asked if they had it and they said they didn?t have achocolate long John so they just gave me a chocolate sprinkle. I ate my bagel which was burnt and looked in the bag for a napkinand there was no napkins in both of my bags. Waste of 30 min. Read more

I used to go to this location frequently when they were located on the other side of the road. But, I will never go to this... newer location ever again. I literally made the woman working the drive thru window wait a minute or two while I was signinginto the Dunkin app to pay for my order. She proceeded to berate me for making her and the other customers behind me (maybe 4cars at most) wait because of me. Who does that to a customer???? Are they more important than me???? If you want nicercustomer service, do NOT go to this Dunkin location!!! Read more

I finally reached my limit with this DD location. After repeated weekly visits of 3-5 times per week with a bill of +$5.00 each... time and NEVER receiving a word of thanks from the window personnel, I decided to make a post to express the fact that thisfranchise location does not deserve my business. I called the customer service department at DD and asked whether they taughttheir franchise owners the importance of saying "thank you". There are so many options available to me for coffee and snackswhere saying "thank you" is a normal part of the business transaction. Perhaps DD should send their franchise owners toChick-Fil-A for lessons on how to acknowledge their customers...wake up DD, there are many others that can take your business. This location offers good DD products which are delivered by personnel that are clueless about the value of repeat businesscustomers. Read more

I ordered Uber eats from this location. My coffee and bacon and egg sandwich were great. But I also ordered a bagel with cream... cheese. I received a bagel with bacon egg and cheese plus cream cheese. There is also a hair in it. :( Read more
