Just like the other Chipotle's good food pretty fast.
Carnitas was nice n tender. Toppings were good sized, not skimped on.
Still terrible...even more so than before. Why is there always like 10 people working, but only 1 running the line and the rest... standing around in back? And, how do you run out of Coke so frequently? Also, a tortilla with a hole in the center is really nogood to anybody...just sayin'... At least my chips weren't stale this time...... Read more
This location is sub-par compared to other Chipotles in the area. I used to visit the Downers Grove location every few weeks but... since moving I tried to go here and the portions were significantly less. I rarely visit this location due to reduced portionsand not getting enough value for what I'd expect from a Chipotle. Read more

I usually don't have issues but this last order just wasn't made correctly. I ordered from the app and ordered a salad. It was... basically a bowl with little lettuce and they forgot the dressing. This is a Chipotle. That tells you most of what you need to know. This specific location is a good one, though, and the waits... are usually not too long. The staff is generally friendly and prompt (I've never had a bad experience) and the food seems prettyfreshly prepared, unless you come just before closing. The bathrooms are always something worth noting, and they keep them veryclean here, which is much appreciated! All in all, if you're hankering for a burrito made by a big corporation, this place willfit the bill. Read more
Edited review as this chipotle worked to improve knowing who's order is who's. These employees get super busy and last time some... guy was getting mad at them for not putting on enough sour cream to his bowl, then cuts back the line to get more steak on it.Keep up the hard work chipotle crew Read more
