Thank God for the neighborhood restaurants that are convenient and good. Christina?s has been wrong a long time snd even though... I rarely come I?m never disappointed! I had their specials roasted squash salad which was nice though a little heavy on thedressing. I also ordered the egg Parmesan which was delightful; plenty of sauce of you like it hearty. The bread is accompaniedby a nice olive oil & Parmesan for dipping. Read more

Have been wanting to try here ever since we moved to the area. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. I was expecting... much more flavor and fresh ingredients coming from an Italian restaurant. My boyfriends bolognese pasta straight looked like dogfood and we threw it away. Definitely not worth $20 at all! Asked for no cheese, and they put cheese on it anyways. My pennepasta spicy sauce had a nice kick to it but the noodles were over cooked. Only reason for 2 stars is because my crab soup wasreally good and the garlic bread was decent. Way better Italian options in area, will not be returning here. Read more

Ordered because I was craving shrimp scampi terribly (I am pregnant). The delivery was timely and ordering was easy through grub... hub; the shrimp were a nice size as well. However, the portion is smaller than I anticipated (could have been more pasta) andthe sauce was very watery, had no flavor. If there were more pasta maybe the sauce wouldn?t have been just a pool for theminimal amount of pasta and shrimp. The shrimp also had no flavor, I added salt and pepper, it somewhat helped but the sauce wasvery watery. I love shrimp scampi and have had it at many restaurants, but this just wasn?t an amazing experience for me forthis particular dish. The shrimp were a nice size though, just not seasoned well. This was my first time eating from here so Idon?t know what the other dishes taste like, I?m just reviewing the shrimp scampi I had. Read more

We called to have a large party come in for an early dinner and they accommodated very well. All the food was delicious and... well prepared. Staff was attentive without being smothering...a rare skill! My only complaint is about parking. Parking is apremium since the free lot was full and the other lot was metered. Thankfully the first 2hrs are free. If we are back in thearea, we will certainly return! Read more

We moved out of the area in 2019 and went back to Cristina tonight for the first time in 3 years, not realizing that the owner... and staff had changed. We ordered crispy mozzarella, chicken piccata (which isn?t on the menu but our server said the chef couldmake it), and penne arrabbiata. The chicken piccata wasn?t breaded or crispy. The chicken was chewy and it, and the angel hairthat came with it, lacked flavor. The penne arrabbiata wasn?t spicy. It resembled penne with stewed tomatoes on top. When we letour server know that our food wasn?t what we expected, he asked what we wanted and we got the pappardelle bolognese to-go. Ithad more flavor than the other two dishes, but the sauce was orange. The crispy mozzarella and complimentary bread with oliveoil were the best things. The chef brought us a piece of tiramisu, which was very kind. We haven?t eaten it yet but it looksgood. We appreciate the staff?s efforts to make things right, but, sadly, the food just didn?t live up to the bar that was setby Cristina?s previous owner and staff. Read more

Great food with amazing ambience. A delightful experience. There is ample natural light coming in from the glass windows and... room was decorated stunningly with artworks depicting places in Italy. When we went there were no other guests. We received thepremium treatment from the staff. We ordered Minestrone Soup, Vegetarian Lasagna + House Salad, Rigatoni Arrabiatta + CaesarSalad and Tiramisu. Slices of bread and butter are complimentary. Minestrone Soup was a bit bland for our taste, but addingsome black pepper and pinch of salt did the trick for us. Everything else was delicious. The dish which impressed us the mostwas Fried Zucchini with Marinara sauce. The chef himself came out to serve us the dish as it was on the house. The simple dishwas prepared beautifully and definitely made our hungry stomachs happy. The only thing which I really missed is that there isno wine by the glass, you have to buy a whole bottle. Apart from that the area around feels a bit spooky and unsafe. Read more
