Absolutely ridiculous had to wait in drive thru lane twenty minutes just to order. I would have left but I was trapped in. There... was only four car's ahead of me total time was thirty minutes from the time I got in line to leaving. I understand times havechanged for all services in the industry this was about the longest I've ever waited for fast food. Read more

unfortunately I have gone there more than once to pickup orders for a delivery service. When I arrive they say they didn't make... the order because they don't have all the ingredients. They don't let the customer know, they don't let the delivery companyknow so you drive all the way over there for nothing! it's frustrating for the customer and the driver. you waste time and gasand you get nothing, the customer doesn't even know they aren't going to get their order until it's too late. They should justcancel the order if they aren't going to make it. They turn their lights off early so it looks like they are closed. They justdon't want to work. Read more
Worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to in my life, not even exaggerating. They?re never open past like 9, if they?re even open that... late. The last time I came to this location, I was cussed out by employees in the drive thru because I pulled in at 10 (they sayonline that they close at midnight) and they were extremely angry that they had a line of five cars. It got to the point where Iwas actually worried for my well being, the employees were very aggressive. Seriously, do better. If I could give this place-10000 I would. I won?t ever be back because at this point I don?t trust that they don?t mess with customers food, it?s not likethey?re ever really open anyway. Read more

I may be turned off taco bell for good. First they took away full menu all day. Get it. Reduced morning prep. Then they reduced... their hours in the morning. Ok. It's the time of post covid work force and quiet quitting. But today I pull up at 8:10, whenthey are supposed to be open at 8 and they tell me it's going to be another 20 to 30 minutes before they open. Fine I'll go toanother location. The location on Colfax is not accepting cash. What the heck?! And this is at least the 10th time that each ofthese locations has turned me away for one reason or another. I am always polite, but your franchise owner obviously does notcare about your customers. I honestly feel sorry for the employees because it isn't their fault that the people in charge can'tget their act together. Over it. Best of luck to the employees fighting a losing battle.
