I placed an order through door dash at 6pm, I showed up about 20 minutes later to pick up said order, when I went through the... drive through they said it will be a bit and to wait up front. 3 Workers are sitting at the window, walking around the storewith their head set on and talking on the phone.when I tried to go in the store at 6:30pm they locked all the doors and wouldnot allow me to come in. I was greeted right when I walked in the door even though I didn't go to the counter right away. She was very very nice and... while waiting for my food and employee that came in hadn't even clocked in yet made sure I was already taken care of. I come to this location often as I work close by, and service is usually fast. This particular day, I was greeted by a young... lady from the back, she ran up and let the team she would get my order. I waited about 12 minutes or so, (I know it was only 12minutes, but there was no one in drive thru/or inside the lobby but me) I stood up and waited at the counter to let theemployees I was still waiting on food. There was a young employee working the drive thru who noticed me waiting at the counter,(possibly a teenager? Caucasian) who was letting another employee, (bright pink hair, that's the only description I have ofthem) that he still needed an order. The pink haired employee looked right at me, and took his time preparing my order. The kidat the drive thru was clearly frustrated, as it appeared everyone else, including the manager at the time were congregating inthe back, talking about problems within the store. The pink haired kid stopped making my order and took off in the back for abrief moment then came back and slowly walked my food to the kid at the drive thru, and the employee who was working at thedrive thru brought my food to the counter and apologized. I really appreciate that employee, I come in often and he is alwaysworking, and enthusiastic with customers despite how he is feeling. Next time I go in, I will get his name and thank him. I haveworked in food service and left because of the feeling of being underappreciated and overworked. I understand how the employeesmay be feeling, but I'm always patient with the afternoon crew here, but it appears that it is slowly going downhill withcustomer service, and in some cases, people are not getting the appreciation they deserve. Get rid of the ones who do not takepride in their work, despite where they're at. Read more
Terrible service. The two times I actually managed to dine in, the manager was verbally abusing her employees and yelling really... aggressively. If she yelled at me like that I'd walk out. The last two times I tried to eat there the doors were locked atlunchtime (1pm Sunday 7/10 and 12pm Tuesday 7/12). I don't drive a car and they won't serve walkups or bicycles at the drivethrough. I expect a restaurant to be open during their advertised hours, but the last two times I came here I lefthungry. Trash service here. You're probably not paying your employees enough. It really sucks cause I loooove the burgers, butthere's a ton of other places to eat around here with good food, so I just won't be coming back. Read more
I ordered this through door dash. Fries were cold and mushy. Order was picked up relatively quickly so fries should have been at... least ok, these were the worst! Also, there was a piece of a plastic bag in my burger, pretty sure it was a bag that the lettucecomes in! Disgusting! Read more
No joke, been here 3 time in the last 7 days. Food is FABULOUS! Had to call for names of employees because they all deserve... recognition. I would like to thank Melva, Justin and Jasmine for the best service, more importantly tho the food was legit bestfast food I had in years. 3 times in a row?! The best! Everyone go enjoy this place. The lady at the drive thru was pushy, rushing, and just overall rude. I thought the one on Thornton Pkwy & Wash. was bad? I like... their food but I suppose if they paid their employees more, it would give them incentive to be nicer to the customer. Read more
