I've lived in Texas most of my life and have NEVER heard of a whataburger that at any time had no way of making fries or hash... browns because all the fryers are out of service. To me it seems like they were just being lazy and wanted to minimize theirwork. They weren't even attempting to get the fryers clean and running again. We also waited almost 20 minutes for just burgerswhen they weren't even busy. I will never return here. Read more
This location used to have good service. It has gone downhill. Employees walking and standing around not doing anything. Nobody... giving direction. No sign of the manager. We waited 30 min. The gave my order to someone else, who brought it back and then gottheir order cold. Waited another 10 to get my food. I wish I had gotten the Spanish lady's name who was working the window causeshe was the only one who gave any effort and seemed to care. Skip this location and stop at Buccee's instead. Read more
Service is slow. Only one another family of 3 ahead of us. It took a good 10min probably longer for someone to take out order... the. Another 20min for us to get our order to go even after the other family was served. And there were only two for my party. Iordered chicken strip meal gravy cup was not even half full fries were ok & chicken too. Husbands burger was good no specialrequest just too long to wait when you're on the go. Read more
I literally spend over 30 minutes in the drive thru. So much for fast food. Never stopping at this location again. This "quick... stop" added so much extra time to my trip. I should've just thrust my gut and stopped at buccees. As a matter of fact I wouldrecommend you don't stop here if you are on the road. Whataburger is great this location SUCKS! Read more

I had never tried Whataburger before. I walked in to look at the menu and was welcomed by the cashier right away. When i told... them i had never been there before, multiple staff members excitedly explained the menu and helped me. The food was great.Another staff member, meet me at the door when i was leaving and gave me some Whataburger promotional items, and they gave me afree burger coupon! A couple of years ago this place was well managed. This past year, wait times are too long. One trip they gave our order to... someone else in drive thru. Burger quality inconsistent. Today, the toilet in men?s room was full of s**t and out of order. Thefries were tough , chewy, stale. Things have gone downhill since the original Whataburger sold out. I stretched the score to 2stars because the burger was good in spite of fact they forgot to add cheese. Read more
