HORRIBLE OVERPRICED FOOD, MY FIRST AND LAST TIME AT THIS PLACE!!! I CALLED THE OWNER TO report my dissatisfaction, he was VERY... rude and dismissive!!!!! He offered no solutions. We ordered lomo salteado. It was the cheapest cut of meat!!! DO NOT GO THERE. Read more

The rocoto pink hot sauce is amazing. I put it on anything and everything. Ceviche is perfect. The chicha morada is home made... natural ingredients, most places use the powder that leaves your tongue purple or the bottled stuff. Read more

Great place! Authentic Peruvian food and good service. Portions and quality of the food were outstanding for the price. Some... days they have Pachamanca and cuy which is not common to find around restaurants here in the US making it a very unique place. Read more

I love this place and recommend it. It feels like home. Their food has this natural home made taste. The owner says he uses... natural ingredients and condiments and it feels like it. The menu is varied and the price is right. The best thing is "mom andpop" the owners/attendants. This couple is so passionate about their place, their food, their attention to the customers. I wishthem success and hopefully they can keep up the standard. Read more

Food is below par to Ok. Tried dinner it was ok, then tried their Tamales. It was dry, one small portion of pork, no egg, no... olive or other ingredients that need to be part of a tamal. The salsa criolla had the awful smell of onion and mixed with old &new. Didn?t bother trying it. I would not recommend this restaurant. Read more

Call them up for a pick up! I order a lomo saltado for the first time at this restaurant which I never new it existed but since... ?El Marino? was to lazy to get my order 5 minutes before 8pm when in the website it says they close at 9pm....this restaurantshow up and I decided to call them up and give them a try..... This restaurant charge me $17.50 for a lomo saltado and a Incasoda, I gave the guy 18.00 in cash and never got back my 50cents change when he has said that if I paid with a credit card hehad to charge me taxes, anyway when I open the bag I notice there was only a small container of spicy sauce along with the foodand had to ask for a fork and nife to eat the food. (Chinese do better service for pick ups putting everything u need to eatyour food) I was disappointed when I tasted it cause it was just dry and not so good I only ate a quarter of it and put it awayhopefully my dog will eat it but thinking about it I wouldn?t want to punish my dog with that dry food even tho my dog food isdry. I think I do a better cooking on a lomo saltado to be honest and to really be honest ?El Marino? has the best lomo saltadoin my opinion from any other restaurants I?ve been to. The person that took care of me said they are the best, that hisrestaurant pops up first since it has 5 stars and that there chicken a la brasa is the best that it taste like the ones from thePeruvian restaurants in Paterson (I?ve been to ?El Chevere? and still come back to ?El Marino?) I will still go back to themjust to try the chicken maybe is better than what I order today but today was just not my day with their lomo saltado it was notsomething that I can say wow!!!!!!! Also I paid to much....!!!!! the menu says is $13.00 for a lomo saltado so since they chargeme $17.50 then the soda must be $4.50!!!! That?s ridiculous!!!! Read more
