This was my 1st time visiting on a very busy Friday night. The atmosphere was social and upbeat. The staff was extremely... friendly and accommodating. Went for the cocktails and cupcakes event which we paid for in advance. Really bad experience. Called advance and asked if Our... steaks would work with a high chair since our child was coming, I was told not to worry they would note it. Got their, hosttakes to a high top with a traditional high chair that was no where near the right height for the table. When asked were told“we’ll see there are other reservations”, even though we paid in advance. Finally weight staff found us a table where thewaitress told us we had a time limit to sit there which I have never heard of. Just felt like we were being rushed out the door.Top it all off the “event” was not a event just something brought to our table and it was extremely over priced. Notsomewhere we plan to attend again. We went there for cocktails and cupcakes. They took 20 minutes to get us our cocktails and cupcakes. Then after that we were not... offered anything or never seen anyone. I went to the front desk to get card for food and then advised them the machine wasn’tworking. So we waited another 15 minutes to either change table or anything, no one came. So we got up and left. Manager nevercame out to talk. I called and was told they were under staffed. The manager acted like he really didn’t care at all. Itdoesn’t take more the 5 minutes to be come over to be recognized or just to acknowledge you or your issue. The drinksweren’t great at all and the were small portioned as well. I will not be going back for a date night, after this.\nI would notrecommend this place. I wasted money and went to eat somewhere else. Where we met 2 other people that left the place to eatsomewhere else. This place is a joke and the need to restart over. We were very excited to try this place out and drove an hour for a 7:00 reservation. When we arrived, we waited in line to get... in for so long I actually got an email saying our reservation was cancelled. Once we got to the front of the line however wewere told they were clearing our table and we could go get a drink and it would be ready. After waiting 20 minutes, I went backup...they had forgotten to come get us. We sit down and order our flights with some appetizers but are then informed the kitchenis backed up so we have to wait to order food. That was fine with us. We get our drinks and finally order 20 minutes later. Alittle while after that we hear a man yelling in the other room. We find out it was the cook who announced he was alone in theback and was not going to prepare anymore food that night. It was a very disappointing experience, especially after driving sofar to check this new place out. The Mexican place down the road we went to after to find some food was absolutely amazing! We had a great girls night at Tapville! The servers were all really nice and the food was terrific. We ordered the Mahi taco,... short rib sandwich and the chicken wrap. The Brussels sprouts app was awesome. My friend ordered the fall flight with a varietyof small seasonal cocktails and she really liked all of them. I had the red sangria from the pour wall—sweet, but not toosweet. We’ll definitely go again. :) Read more

This place doesn\'t deserve such bad rating and reviews. Just had a great time with my friends. Nice ambience, delicious drinks,... food was great too.. all the hosts were really nice. We were a little bummed after reading the reviews but after being there,I\'m glad we went there. Had a great time! Will recommend to all friends and definitely go back again. Read more

The service was great. Very kind and quick. Cocktail and beer selection was awesome. The only downside was the food. It was... pretty poor. Our party got a large variety and most things were very average and overpriced. We split 4 entrees and all 4 of usgot sick that night. Also, being closed at 10 is a little strange for a bar. I understand if the kitchen closed. But the barshould be open later. It may be due to staffing issues or something but it would be nice to have longer in the evenings,especially during the weekends and football season. This place has potential. Not quite there yet. My wife, son and I went for the first time tonight. We\'ll definitely be back. This was the first time we went to a self pour... but I now love the concept. They give you a card that you scan at each station and you\'re charged per ounce and the variety isgood.\n\nWe liked our food a lot. Nothing was super imaginative but it was very good. Great place to hang out, and a goodatmosphere with good staff.\n\nCheckout is a breeze. Either request a paper bill, or if you plan to tip take your drink card anddrop it in the box with your desired tip% on the way out.\n\nSee you guys again soon! Read more
