I never go to Starbucks. I was running there for my daughter to get her a light snack as she was starting work and hadn't eaten.... I asked for what she wanted, they didn't have that. But that was fine. I'm not hard to please. But it was the attitude and eyeroll that I didn't appreciate. Go to a different one. Poor service with an eye roll for asking a simple question for a customerwho doesn't frequent any Starbucks. It wasn't a great first impression. Read more

Would ha e given a zero star if it let me. My daughter and I were there last night to order her a drink. It was 6:50pm. She... was looking at the menu to decide what to order. Then she went to the counter to order. There was 1 woman ahead of us. Thecashier then told me that she was closed. I said that it shows they're open til 7pm. She said that by the time that she wasdone making the woman's drinks, that it would be closing time. I told her that we had been standing there since 6:50 and thatshe should take our order. She didn't even acknowledge that. She very not friendly in any way, even to the customer ahead ofus. Read more
I never write reviews but we ordered a vanilla bean frappe with raspberry and they gave us a coffee frappe with raspberry after... I repeated it twice and they repeated it back to me. We also order an iced latte and they gave us a hot one. Our total was alsomore at the window compared to what was told at the drive through. Read more
I always go to Starbucks but this morning I had went and ordered something and with lots of attitude the lady said ? we don?t... carry that in this blah blah store your only gonna find blah blah ? like okay all you had to say is we don?t carry it and secondas I got my food she slid it a crossed the table very roughly.... like she needs to wake up a bit and have a better attitude ifshe?s gonna work in customer service :) that?s all.
