Excellent dining experience! You get what you pay for, and in this case, you pay a lot and get a lot! The steak and salad shined... brightly, but the sides were a little less impressive. For special occasions, it is hard to imagine a better place for steaklovers. I would be more than happy to come back again, particularly if someone else is footing the bill! Read more

I dined here with a large group of about 10 people and the service didn’t lack one bit. We did come late on a week night so... there may have been additional staff available but they made sure we were taken care of. Each course was amazing. My husband and I came here tonight for the first time to celebrate a promotion I recently got. From the moment we walked in to... when we left it was such a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious and one of the best steaks we’ve everhad. We got our dessert to go (flourless cake) and it was so decadent and tasty. Woah. I will never order steak anywhere else again except here. The food was absolute top tier. I went with a group so we... ordered many of the menu options and nothing was short of "the best ____ I've ever had." The best steak. The best scallops. Thebest wine. The best risotto. I could've eaten this food in a cardboard box in the rain and would've loved every minute of it, sothe fact that service was impeccable and ambiance was perfect was the cherry on top. The service and atmosphere was amazing! BUT, I was extremely perplexed by my “hand cut” 16 oz Ribeye (medium cooked) steak.... I have never been to a “prime steakhouse” (or TR) where my steak was cut this thin. I asked my waitress was this cutintentional, and she said “each steak is hand cut and weighed”. Well now I know. Amazing food, service and all around experience. The perfect place for special occasions. Reservations are a breeze online using... OpenTable and you can pick hightop, bar, or regular seating there. The restaurant will call to confirm with you as well. You canalso select the reason for your visit and in our case they were kind enough to have a birthday card waiting! All of the staff istop notch, personable and knowledgeable about the menu - they never steer you wrong. Had a birthday dinner celebration at Napa Prime. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and our server was wonderful! Our... steaks, tomahawk and ribeye, were perfectly cooked, our side, a mushroom risotto was delicious. The risotto is not a regularmenu item, but a side special for the evening that they allowed us to have as our side.???? My only disappointment was with theFrench Onion soup...no taste at all.
