Edit 2: Now I've been refunded $28.60, which does not include the tip I left. The total I paid was $33.75 so I would like to be... refunded the entire amount. Edit: the response from the business below says my order was voided shortly after I left which is alie. I called the next morning and spoke with a man who said he'd do it then, but it's been 3 days and I was charged and norefund has come through. The associate charged my husband's order twice and then could not void the transaction. She wasoblivious to the fact that we ordered two smoothies and it came out to $28. She called the manager who said they'd fix it thenext day. Um ok? Then we watched the other associate pick up cups for customers with her bare fingers inside the cup. Nothanks. We asked the first associate to have the whole order cancelled. We didn't have an hour to wait for the order to befilled anyway, they are so slow. Smoothies are good, so it's a shame the execution and training level are below acceptable. Read more

Love this place - I always get a great attendant, as well. Today, Elijah was fantastic - kind, polite, humorous, and very... pleasant to work with; he made my order just how I wanted it. Had a new girl working all alone. Too 30 minutes to get an order and then the manager/owner can in and was so rude. They were... also using brown celery to juice with. Don?t know how fresh the veggies are. So sad. Also sent almost 100.00. To be exact mybill was 83.00. I will next go back. Read more

Absolutely awful location. Upon entering the building, nobody greeted me and I stood there waiting very awkwardly for someone to... assist. I ended up leaving after several minutes of being ignored.
