Great food, excellent service, fastest delivery by far in town, but really disappointed with how little you pay your drivers, I... tried driving for you for a week, about a year ago.3$ a delivery is a joke with these gas prices, and no hourly rate, you expectyour drivers to rely on getting tips, there buying the gas and using there own vehicles and you don?t even give them what youcharge for the delivery, so zero stars for paying your drivers the lowest in Canada, and 5 stars for great service Read more

They never answer the phone, even when re-directed from the call centre. Forgot to bring our drink, dip sauce, and pizza sticks... when they came here the first time a few months back. Took them another 45 mins and charged us delivery for it. Second time Ionly wanted to add on a drink and tried to call, directed to the call centre after 10 mins and they attempted to connect me,with no answer and waited 30-40 mins. Only to end up re-directed back to the same call centre and then put on hold again. Myfood already arrived by then like what even is this location? I don't understand how hard it is to answer a phone, you couldeven have the person who chats with their coworker at the pick up counter do it (I did a few pick ups before and that's what Iseen). You don't need to sit and do nothing when your phone line is clearly ringing, even if you aren't that good at English.It's a Pizza shop how hard would it be to edit an order request. Read more

Ordered 1 pizza. Supposed to be deliver by 7:30pm. 1/12 hour later got delivered an ice cold pizza. They said they will bring a... new one. On the way in 39 minutes. 1 hour later got delivered another ice cold pizza. How do I get a refund? No one will answerthe phone!! Read more
