Horrible experience! I haven't had cold stone in a decade. Our server was utterly miserable and treated us like we were... interrupting his phone time. He stood back arms folded with a 'will you get on with it' look. Only spoke to us if we asked aquestion. Just ruined the whole experience. I won't ever do cold stone again. I tend to hold chains to a standard as they are chains. Unfortunately this one disappointed. The two young employees behind the... counter were friendly enough, however they were inattentive, got one of our two orders wrong and we're so light on the mix-inswe thought we were having plain ice cream. I generally really enjoy Coldstone but this experience won't have me running back tothis location. Could just be who was working that night but unfortunately that was my experience; if you go here I hope yours isbetter! Read more

I ordered the birthday cake remix ice cream in a cup. The guy did a terrible job. The cake pieces and fudge pieces where mix and... chopped so much that it looked like a bunch of slob in a cup. I should have declined, and left the ice cream there. I wish Iwould have taken a picture, but I had to rush back to work. Read more
My co worker & I absolutely LOVE Cold Stone! We wanted some ice cream on our 30 minute lunch break. This place is less than 10... minutes away from our job so we assumed we?d be able to grab ice cream on our break and return in a timely fashion. Well boywere we in for a surprise. We waited over 15 minutes for some guy to come from the back just to take our order. We literallycould have went around to the back and fixed our own ice cream and left & no one would?ve known. The guy wasn?t even apologeticat all. He proceeded to take his time to fix our orders. Left with wet watery ice cream & late back from our brake. Service isreally negative stars. Read more
First time trying this Cold Stone, they have Gluten free options as well as plenty of flavors and seasonal specialties. It's a... cute little ice cream shop with plenty of sitting area (inside & outside). You choose ice cream flavors and add toppings whichthen are combined with ice cream and served to you. They offer a big variety of ice cream cakes and shakes also. We paid $16 for2 ice creams, not the cheapest but definitely delicious. Read more
