Great staff, great service
Employee Jessica was rude. I made my purchase from another Starbucks employee who was very pleasant. As, I was waiting for my... food, a customer behind me ordered a drink that looked awesome. I asked her about it. As I still waited for my food, I asked toorder the drink. I was told to get back to the end of the line by "Jessica". They were moving very slow, so my food would thenget cold. There were 2 people behind me now, 1 getting a gift card and another customer. There were 2 Starbucks employeesworking at the counter. I asked if this was a Starbucks policy or Target? Jessica stated neither, she has never seen it written.She was rude and dismissive and became annoyed with the other employee who was initially helping me. Mind you every customer wasnice and we were all being patient, but JESSICA was toxic and miserable. As soon as she came out was rushing people and seemedannoyed by her coworker and the customers. I have never experienced this at a Starbucks before. In this day and time, kindnessand patience should be a common practice. We all have things going on in our lives, being negative, rude and nasty to strangersis not a great way to run a business. Read more
