Shrimp and grits! So far only two places in the US have amazing shrimp and grits...Segnette Landing Harbor is one of them!... Delicious! Staff was friendly and efficient, bar served up a great drink, location was nice, right on the waterway/dock. Therewas covered seating outside and also picnic tables closer to the water. I don?t usually share reviews but I had to with this one! The food was amazing, the sweet tea is perfect and the servers are... just so thoughtful and pleasant. I got shrimp and the Mardi Gras fish but I couldn?t eat it because of my allergy to egg. Myfriend informed the lady serving us and they grilled another fish for me. Just go there ! The crab dip appetizer was delicious! We ordered the Chicken & Sausage gumbo, White beans, Crab Cakes, Crawfish meatpie, and the... Fried shrimp caesar salad. Everything was Phenomenal! My parents brought me here for my 1st time, and I already want to go backwhen the weather gets cooler to sit on the patio. They have really cute handmade items for sale as well. This was the best food that we tried on our trip to New Orleans! We had the crab dip, the crawfish pie, the shrimp dinner and a... bread pudding for dessert. Everything tasted super fresh and delicious. The service was great as well! Everyone was super nice,attentive and made us feel very welcome.
