Great location right on the Saugatuck. Ok ice cream - find staff generally slightly on the disengaged side of things. Sunny Daes... and Mr Frostys have better ice cream, toppings, and service with more skills - but lack the location. Read more
We went here one night to get ice cream. They have interesting candies, and great ice cream! Also, it's right by the river, so... you can enjoy your ice cream by the river. Read more
Horrible service. I think covid has made people crazy. Asked cashier if I could try an ice cream flavor and she said no because... people aren't allowed to take masks off in the store. So I asked if I could try it outside and still said no. Not sure what shewas trying to accomplish or if she gets satisfaction by making customers feel unwelcomed. I have been here before with my cousinwho doesn't speak English and he forgot to put his mask on when we walked in the store and the same crazy cashier barked at himto put his mask on. He didn't understand so I was in the middle of translating and the mad woman yelled even louder. Really goodice cream but beware of the rude mad woman at the cash register. Read more
