Didn?t want to have to write this review, but after a terrible interaction with the owner I would like to give a heads up. This... is my second time trying the ghost kitchen and the first time was great, they had issues with their online ordering but the ladywas extremely helpful and got our order in. As we went back for our second trip the website still not accepting our orders wetried putting it in for a different day and calling the restaurant to let them know we had used a different day but needed theorder today. The phone went unanswered as it turns out they were closed. No mention of it on google, social media, or thewebsite. When I finally emailed the owner about a refund and what happened. I was given cookie cutter apology, told it was myfault for ordering on the wrong day, and if I wanted to actually know when they are open to sign up for the newsletter. Theytook zero responsibility gave it two stars because the food was good, but not worth the drive or time when you can?t rely onthem being open. Forget any type of service or hospitality. Read more

First time ordered dinner for take out at Little Dumpling House. Treat to have NYC quality here in Westport CT! Everything... ordered was so fresh and delectable, including spicy cucumbers, Thai dumplings, duck buns, and carrot ginger salad. I was alsoimpressed that the dishes were not overly salty, sometimes the case with Asian restaurants. Highly recommend!! Read more

Little dumpling house is a little gem in Westport. What an amazing food! Awesome menu, great choices. If you like duck this is... the place to go. It is tasteful, crispy and perfectly seared. The rice buns are delicious and my daughter can?t stop talkingabout the soba noodles; she said it had delicious fruity flavor, with a hint of mint and the noodle?s texture was perfect.Great dumplings as well. This was the worst food I have ever had. First they gave me the wrong food and chased my car down then they told me they gave... someone else my noodles. When they finally came out with my order I got home to find that none of the sauces that were supposedto be included actually were in the bag. The potstickers were over cooked and bland. The buns on the crispy duck buns were sosoggy I couldn?t eat them and the cold soba noodles were like eating a pile of mush. I threw $50 of food away and ordered fromsomewhere else. Read more

Incredible! Have been looking for a new yummy takeout place- and this is it! Such a cool menu that has so many options! Best... Chicken Katsu I have had - and the potstickers were so flavorful! The attention to detail is amazing- never have I seen such aperfect plating for take out! The sauces, the garnishes! Everything is great! We were really hoping to like this, given it?s by the same people behind Grammie?s. The dumplings were subpar and lacked much... seasoning or flavor. Soup was bland (dumplings were falling apart, not pleated well). Overall, food in general didn?t have muchflavor. Pretty disappointed and don?t think we will get it again.
