The new people they hired are not like the other people they had before. They don't care about your order whether it is correct... or not. One time they gave me a raw croissant. Service at this Dunkin (at least in the morning, when I've gone recently) has declined. It's not the employees fault - they are... understaffed. I ordered ahead but on arrival, my order was not done. No biggie... but they continued to serve in-store customersuntil I said something. The line this morning was eight deep with only two employees to help. They do work hard though and do agood job.
