If I could put ZERO stars I would. Let's start off that the owner is very rude and has ABSOLUTLEY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE skill. ... He stated that he decides if he wants to accept the carvel buy one, get one offer.... Carvel should take his franchise away. His own employees have to apologize for his behavior which is pretty sad and I feel bad for them. His prices are higher thanall the other locations and I WILL NEVER GO TO HIS STORE EVER AGAIN, HE IS AN A$$HOLE! Read more
