We stop in there all the time, workers are great

This eagle stop can't keep employees because they have a rude and unprofessional manager. She calls her employees jokes and a... waste of time when they decide to quit due to having less hours and still being in school. I don't recommend anyone workingthere it is awful and the management is so disrespectful to their employees and I will be getting ahold of their corporateoffice about this. Read more

My husband took our daughter to this eagle stop at 8:10pm to get water and go to the bathroom. The signs say they close at 10.... There were many people in the parking lot when their employee came running out and yelling very rudely at everyone that thestore was closed. I personally haven't been to an eagle stop since I was treated so horribly at the linn eagle stop and thisjust emphasizes the point I have been making about ES. Now from an ex-employee standpoint: The company has major issues oftreating their staff horribly which makes it so they stay under staffed. Their district management and above treat lower staffhorribly. This ES would get 100+ Degrees and they refused to fix the AC. Chocolate bars would melt on the shelves. The freezerwhere the pizza and deli food was stores would thaw out completely to 60 Degrees and re-freeze multiple times a day and uppermanagement told us staff it was normal (umm no.) The oven hood did not work so it didn't suck any of the heat or fumes from thepizza oven out. I only told them about that for a couple months before I quit. This company only cares about their profitmargins and not their employees and definitely not their customers. Read more
